Vidalista 20 mg Tablet is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and male erectile dysfunction (ED). It helps men achieve an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis. In PAH, it expands or relaxes the pulmonary blood vessels, lowering lung blood pressure.

It is possible to take Vidalista 20 Tablet with or without food. It must be taken exactly as prescribed by your physician. Only when you are sexually stimulated will the ED medication help you achieve an erection. It is best to take it approximately one hour prior to your planned sexual activity.
